The College of Technology administration recognized faculty, staff and students at its annual recognition luncheon April 30.
Award recipients were:
Faculty Awards:
- James G. Dwyer Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching: Brad Benhart, building construction management. He was also honored as one of six recipients of the 2012 Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Awards in Memory of Charles B. Murphy.

Benjamin Doll, a senior in computer and information technology, received the Undergraduate Student Award from Dean Gary Bertoline.
- Devona Gangwer receives Customer Service Award
Devona Gangwer, administrative assistant to the associate dean for academic affairs and diversity, receives the Customer Service Award from Dean Gary Bertoline.
- Vanessa Buntin receives Staff Leadership Award
Vanessa Buntin, manager of special events and alumni relations, receives the Staff Leadership Award from Dean Bertoline.
- Bedrich Benes receives award for discovery.
Bedrich Benes, assistant professor of computer graphics technology, accepts the Outstanding Faculty in Discovery Award from Gary Bertoline.
- Matt Ferrell receives Statewide Excellence Award
Andy Schaffer, interim executive director for Statewide Technology, presents the Statewide Excellence Award to Matt Ferrell, learning systems coordinator for the College of Technology at Indianapolis.

Rose Delong-Bolyard received the Academic Advisor Award from Dean Gary Bertoline. She is the lead academic advisor for aviation technology.
- Bryan Hubbard accepts his award for the faculty poster session
Bryan Hubbard, assistant professor of building construction management, received the Faculty Convocation Poster Session-Learning award for his project "Nuclear Construction Cranes and Heavy Lift Curriculum Development." He accepted the award from Jamie Mohler, interim associate dean for academic affairs and diversity.

Don Petrin, professor of aviation technology, accepts the Outstanding Faculty in Learning Award from Dean Gary Bertoline.
- Raji Sundararajan accepts her award for the faculty poster session
Raji Sundararajan, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering technology, received the Faculty Convocation Poster Session-Research award for her project "Enhanced Diagnostics of Digital Mammograms." She accepted the award from Jamie Mohler, interim associate dean for academic affairs and diversity.

Christopher Brock, a graduate student in the Department of Aviation Technology, receives the Graduate Student Award from Dean Gary Bertoline.
