Four years is a short amount of time to research and test an instrument for war, but Eric Dietz had to do what was best for the U.S. As an associate professor in the department of computer and information technology, director of Purdue Homeland Security Institute and an Army veteran, Dietz, worked on many accelerated projects for the U.S. Army.
