The College of Technology Dean’s Leadership Team Book Club is designed to provide senior CoT leaders with a heightened awareness of the most recent trends, philosophies, theories and practices in academia and industry today. The intent is to provide a continuous opportunity to read recent material applicable to academia and industry and to explore ideas by peer-level leaders in other academic and industrial organizations. The CoT Dean’s Leadership Team Book Club is meant to act as a supplement to current leadership development practices.
